What data we process

This website has no forms or user accounts and uses no cookies. We only process:

• Technical data about the visit: the server hosting the website (Vercel) logs technical data such as your IP address and browser to serve and protect the pages.
• Visit statistics: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and clicks on “Visit website” in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you.
• Emails you send us: if you write to us, we only use your data to reply.

Maps

Maps are loaded from OpenStreetMap’s servers (OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom): when you view them, your browser connects to those servers, which receive your IP address. More information in their privacy policy.

Purpose and legal basis

To run the website, keep it secure and know which pages are used (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation), and to reply to your messages (your request).

How long we keep it

Technical data, for as long as the hosting provider keeps it for the security of the service. Emails, for as long as needed to deal with your request.

Who else sees it

We do not disclose it to third parties unless required by law. Our providers (Vercel, hosting and statistics; Google, email) process it on our behalf. Some are outside the European Economic Area and provide the safeguards required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, or to correct or delete it, or object to or restrict its processing, by writing to hola@parkingautocaravanas.com. If you think we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
